For people who are done with bank-linking budget apps

The bill tracker that never forgets.

Never links your bank. Never hides the price.

Duely reminds you before, on, and after the due date — every day until you mark the bill paid. You enter bills in seconds; your bank login stays out of it.

Duely is in validation — this is a working simulation of the iOS app. Tell us if we should build it.

Built for people burned by bill apps.

The quotes below are paraphrased from the patterns we kept reading in public App Store reviews — not testimonials.

“The update wiped six years of my budgets.”

Duely is local-first. Your data lives on your device, backs up to iCloud with a visible timestamp — and CSV export is free, forever.

“It only told me about the paywall after I’d typed in every bill.”

The full price is on this page — before the app even exists.

“I paid for reminders that never fired.”

Duely shows every reminder, armed, with the exact time it will fire. No guessing.

“Why does a bill app need my bank password?”

It doesn’t. Ever.

Patterns from 2,000+ one-star reviews of leading bill and budget apps, 2024–2026.

Five promises. Each one checkable.

Reminders that don’t give up

Before, on, and after the due date — every day until the bill is marked paid. Most apps send one quiet notification and stop.

Verify: watch it in the demo above.

The Reminders Armed screen

Every scheduled reminder, listed with the exact time it fires. No guessing whether the app will do its job.

Verify: it’s step 3 of the demo.

No bank login, ever

No Plaid, no account linking, no sync errors, no bank passwords. You enter bills; Duely remembers them.

Verify: the app has no place to enter one.

Data that survives

On your device first, iCloud backup with a visible timestamp, Recently Deleted, and free CSV export.

Verify: export is in the free tier, below.

The whole price, up front

Set up in minutes

How it works.

1

Enter your bills once

Payee, amount, due date, repeat. About ten seconds per bill — and recurring bills only need it once.

2

Duely arms the reminders

— and shows you. Every scheduled reminder is listed on one screen, with the time it fires.

3

Mark paid

And it goes quiet until next time. That’s the whole loop.

One more number, if you want it. Add paydays and you also get one glanceable figure: what’s safe to spend until your next check.

Honest pricing

Questions we’d ask too.

Why manual entry instead of bank sync?

Manual is the feature. There’s no connection to break, no password to leak, no sync error at the worst moment. Entering a bill takes about ten seconds — and most bills only need it once.

What if I forget to enter a bill?

Most bills recur. Enter one once and Duely repeats it — monthly, weekly, biweekly, quarterly, or yearly — until you say otherwise.

Is the free version actually usable?

Yes. Fifteen bills, every reminder, the expense log, and CSV export — no ads, no time limit. The limits are listed above, not discovered later.

iPhone only?

iOS first. Waitlist signups vote on what comes next.

When does it launch?

That depends partly on this page. A strong waitlist means we build now.

What happens to my email?

Two kinds of email: a beta invite and a launch note. Nothing else. Read exactly what we store on the privacy page.

Three minutes, anonymous, and it genuinely decides what happens next. Blunt answers are the most useful kind.
